Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At India Ethnic House, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the

highest quality standards. We request all customers to read our policy carefully before placing

an order.

No Return Policy

We maintain a strict NO RETURN policy.

Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.

We maintain a strict NO REFUND policy.

India Ethnic House does not provide refunds for any orders once they have been confirmed,

processed, shipped, or delivered.

We offer exchange only under the following conditions:

● Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

● A ₹100 exchange processing and shipping fee will be charged for every exchange

request.

● Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags

and packaging intact.

● Products showing signs of use, perfume, stains, alterations, damage, or missing tags will

not be accepted for exchange.

● Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, a

suitable alternative may be offered at our discretion.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must:

● Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.

● Share a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened,

along with clear photographs of the issue.

● Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video may not be accepted.

● After verification, we will arrange an exchange if the claim is found to be genuine.

The following products are not eligible for exchange:

● Products requested after the 3-day exchange window.

● Used, washed, altered, or damaged items.

● Products without original tags or packaging.

● Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

● Clearance sale, promotional, discounted, or special offer items (unless received

damaged or incorrect).

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed for dispatch.

Once an order has been packed, shipped, or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation

requests will not be accepted.

India Ethnic House reserves the right to reject any return, refund, exchange, or claim that does

not comply with this policy or appears to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of our terms.

By placing an order on India Ethnic House, you acknowledge that you have read, understood,

and agreed to this Return, Refund & Exchange Policy in its entirety.
